In the European market, the Hunter Legend 420 Passage, especially the sturdy Legends edition, is a rarity. This vessel stands out not only for its scarcity but also for its meticulous care and exceptional specifications. She’s in turnkey condition, with the current owners residing on board aboard while upholding a diligent maintenance routine. With only two previous owners, both of whom were meticulous custodians during their ownership.
This Hunter Legend 420 Passage is fully equipped for modern cruising and comfortable living aboard. With a gentle cruising record with the majority of her sailing taking place in the Med, having sailed from the UK to Greece and now currently residing in Sicily.
Significant upgrades have been performed in the past year (2022/2023), professionally executed, including new rigging, anchor, spray hood, Bimini, full enclosure, engine and generator servicing, freshwater system enhancements, lithium batteries, and more (only these upgrades were a total of about €20k). The boat has undergone recent haul-outs with thorough inspections and servicing, maintaining its top-notch condition. Additionally, a comprehensive survey in 2022 revealed no major flaws. The boat's history is well-documented, with meticulous maintenance logs, purchase records, and organized storage, making it an ideal choice for those seeking both performance and peace of mind on the water.

Owners’ comments:
The engine was professionally serviced in June 2023, all new oil, coolant, impeller, filters, and belts. Additionally, the engine has a new freshwater pump and thermostat.
New exhaust line was also added in 2022.
The engine is extremely reliable, and the thermostat have alarmed only once (as the current owner know of) because of a coolant leak which is now fixed.
A ton of small conveniences and upgrades you don’t even think about before you need it, but because of the marine business are way more expensive than what you would expect.

The condition or level of safety equipment on board is not to be negotiated on following survey. It is likely to be listed by most surveyors but is not structural or an integral working part of the vessel and is not to be used to further negotiate the price down after survey. We strongly suggest that for your own personal safety that when purchasing a yacht, you provide new safety equipment rather than relying on second hand gear.
Should you become the new owner of this yacht then the responsibility to re-register or update official bodies for items such as EPIRB, VHF, MMSI or AIS becomes yours.
