Main Description
EU VAT paid. 3-Cabin Owners' Version. Never Chartered
Designed by Marc Van Peteghem and Vincent Lauriot Provost, the Lagoon 440 is widely regarded as one of the finest cruising catamarans of its generation, a timeless design that remains as popular today as when it first launched. At 13.62m LOA with a generous 7.70m beam and a shallow 1.30m draft, she offers the space, stability, and ease of handling that have made the 440 such an enduringly sought-after bluewater cruiser. REWIND is the rare and much-coveted Owner's Version with a three-cabin layout that dedicates the entire starboard hull to a palatial master suite. She has been privately owned and never chartered since new. EU VAT is fully paid.
The Owner's suite is a genuine highlight: a centreline double berth, dedicated dressing area with sofa and desk, abundant storage, and a large ensuite with separate shower cubicle occupy the whole starboard hull, creating a level of private comfort rarely found on a catamaran of this size. The port hull houses two comfortable guest double cabins, each with their own heads. The bright saloon features generous seating and dining, a navigation station with chart table, and a well-equipped galley with double sink, stove and oven, microwave, two refrigerators, and a freezer. Recent investment has been considerable: all through-hull fittings were replaced in 2024 with True Design composite fittings, new trampolines were fitted in 2025, and a new Garmin chart plotter has been installed on the flybridge.

Broker Comments:
The Lagoon 440 Owner's Version in private, never chartered condition is a genuinely rare find on today's market, and REWIND represents the very best of what this exceptional model has to offer. With EU VAT paid, a well-documented history of conscientious ownership, and a series of meaningful recent upgrades, she is ready to cruise immediately with real peace of mind. The addition of long-range HF radio and the Vesper Cortex AIS/VHF system speaks to a boat equipped for serious bluewater passages, not just coastal pottering. Located in Sardinia, she is perfectly placed for exploring some of the Mediterranean's finest cruising grounds. A viewing is very strongly encouraged.
