This example of these robust little traditional GRP Gaff cutters has undergone a massive refit, two and half years to complete. Her restoration was carried out by Alan Staley, wooden Boatbuilder of Faversham, Kent.
JOY was purchased in a very poor state in 2020, as a "Retirement project", sadly, due health reasons her present owner is unable to complete the project and will never take her sailing.
Presently standing under cover ashore, in readiness for transportation.
She requires "commissioning" for the season ahead.
