La lunghezza è di 22 mt. (24 mt F.T.), stazza circa 60 Tonnellate ed è stata costruita nei cantieri di Antalia (Turchia) nel 1990 utilizzando legnami di qualità (iroko, mogano, pich pine)
questo caicco è una imbarcazione estremamente spaziosa e differentemente da quanto avviene nelle tradizionali barche a vela, ha:
* grandi cabine con servizi privati
* un ampio prendisole a prua con 12 materassi
* una zona relax a poppa con divani ed un tavolo da 12 persone
* una ampia dinette con cucina annessa, ove è collocato un grande tavolo
L'imbarcazione batte bandiera Italiana ed è regolarmente autorizzata alla attività di noleggio in Italia
il caicco ha 6 confortevoli cabine matrimoniali (con un unico letto alla francese). Tutte la cabine sono dotate di uno spazioso bagno privato con lavabo, doccia e wc. Per semplificare la vita di bordo agli Ospiti, il wc, differentemente da molte altre barche, è del tipo a cassetta. Ovvero è esattamente uguale a quello della propria abitazione.
5 cabine sono collacote a prua, una cabina è collocata a poppa (questa cabina è di maggiori dimensioni)

ogni cabina di prua ha il letto alla francese da 1 piazza e mezzo (140 cm. x 200 cm.) e bagno privato di generose dimensioni con wc , lavandino e doccia.

'Alma' is a sound boat built by Raynes from Cantieri Carezzola in 1979. She is mahogany sheathed in glass fibre. She points well and sails quite fast in light airs. She has all the usual instruments. She is easily handled single handed although there are berths for 6 with a double fore peak, a good sized quarter berth and the central table drops to give another double with a single sofa berth to port. The cabin table seats 6. There is a large navigation table to starboard and is forward facing with loads of chart stowage under. There is a teak bathing platform astern of the transome. There is pressurised hot water from a calorifier in the galley and head. The galley also has a fresh water foot pump. There is a fridge (12 volts), The winches are Barbarosa and Antel 121s. |
